Excellent For Use Over Siliconized Acrylic Concrete Stains
MasonrySaver® Extra-Strength Water Sealant is a clear, solvent-based RTV silicone elastomer formulated for concrete block and other marginally porous masonry with minimal altering of the natural appearance. This masonry sealant penetrates and fills pores to prevent water penetration through exterior walls exposed to normal weathering.
It has excellent UV stability and provides long-lasting protection. MasonrySaver® Extra-Strength Water Sealant is an excellent choice for use over siliconized acrylic concrete stains to insure a water-tight finish. It can also be used on smooth split-faced and ribbed concrete block, concrete brick, and fired brick clay.
This silicone brick waterproofing spray is not suitable for many dense masonry and concrete surfaces and will slightly darken and add a slight gloss to the surface being treated. If silicone sealants are what you need for your project, MasonrySaver® Extra Strength Water Sealant will get the job done.
MasonrySaver® Extra Strength Water Sealant is compatible with most oil-base paints and will cover between 40-80 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity and texture. Allow 24 hours to develop full, water-resistant properties.
