You may make a claim under this warranty by giving notice to your HeatShield Cerfractory Flue Sealant installer and having them provide information about your claim to CeCure. Upon approval of your claim, CeCure shall provide new material to you as your exclusive remedy. Neither CeCure nor the installer of the HeatShield Cerfractory Flue Sealant shall be liable for any removal or installation charges or for any special, incidental, or consequential damages in any way relating to, or arising out of, defects in, or damage to, the HeatShield Cerfractory Flue Sealant or the chimney flue to which the HeatShield Cerfractory Flue Sealant has been installed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
