Return/Refund Policy for SaverSystems.com

At SaverSystems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returning your purchase:

Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping cost to return the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Defective material: SaverSystems will refund the entire purchase price, including shipping costs, for material determined to be defective by SaverSystems.
  • Custom foam cuts are non-returnable.

Condition of Returned Product

  • The product must be in first-class resalable condition to be eligible for a full refund.
  • The product must be unopened/unused, and in the original packaging.
  • If the product is damaged, not in first-class condition, or must be reworked, partial credit may be given at the sole discretion of SaverSystems.
  • If you are uncertain whether a product is eligible for return, please send an email with pictures to our customer service team at solutions@saversystems.com to determine eligibility.

Return Process

  2. Provide the order number and reason for the return.

  4. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
