Use PriorFire Formula 51 Smoke Chamber Restoration System to:

Provide good ventilation if dust is created. The use of NIOSH approved respirator for dusts including silica in compliance with OSHA, STD 29.CFR 1910.134, protective gloves and goggles are recommended. See SDS for additional precautions at

Install and Use Only in Accordance with the PriorFire Formula 51 Installation and Maintenance instructions.

This smoke chamber material is to be installed at a minimum thickness of 1” in a smoke chamber constructed of 4” nominal thickness (or greater) masonry and where there is a minimum clearance of zero inch air space between combustible materials and the smoke chamber exterior.

For use only with masonry fireplaces that burn either solid-fuel or gas.

PriorFire Formula 51 meets and or exceeds all of the national and local building codes for new construction and repairs of masonry fireplaces and chimneys. Not suitable for food storage or food preparation areas.


FIRST AID: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air. Obtain medical attention if breathing difficulty persists. Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected area with water. Obtain medical attention if irritation develops or persists. Eye Contact: Immediately rinse with water for at least 30 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Get immediate medical advice/attention. If Swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention.
