Introducing the ChimneySaver Masonry Absorption Test Tube Kit - the perfect solution for determining the absorbency rate of masonry surfaces! This innovative kit is designed to help chimney professionals determine the suitability of masonry surfaces for applying ChimneySaver products.

The kit includes a 90 degree MAT Tube, 1 lb of reusable putty, and 1 water dispensing bottle, making it easy to perform accurate and reliable absorption tests. By measuring the absorbency rate of a masonry surface, chimney professionals can take the guess work out of analyzing a variety of water problems.

M.A.T. tubes, similar to European RILEM tubes, were developed by SaverSystems as a nondestructive field test to evaluate water permeance in masonry structures. The tubes are easily attached with putty to areas where leaks occur, such as head joints, bed joints, or to masonry itself.
