Wes Gipe works with business owners and their teams to build a company that endures for generations. Known for his enthusiasm and high-energy approach, Wes’s willingness to boldly approach tough issues and go the extra mile have gained him loyal clients who look to him for help with strategic planning, leadership and culture development, and family business succession issues.
Wes started his entrepreneurial journey in 1997, and after building a company which no longer requires his daily attention, he now spends much of his time helping other organizations transfer wealth and control from one generation to the next. Wes has spent more than 21,000 hours with business owners and their teams throughout the Americas, Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. His work has been featured in Forbes as well as other national media outlets.
Wes lives in Miami County, OH with his wife and three teenage boys. When he’s not working, you’ll find him scratching his head and throwing wrenches as he and his sons restore a 1973 Triumph GT6.

Bill Bundy is a principal and President of Global Manufacturing for Bundy Baking Solutions, the world’s leader in the manufacture and sale of industrial baking pans, non-stick coatings and release agents. Bundy Baking Solutions has 8 manufacturing plants in 5 countries, over 40 service and sales facilities in 11 countries, and over 2,000 teammates worldwide.
Prior to joining the family business, Bill served on active duty for 13 years as an infantry officer in Airborne and Long-Range Surveillance units as well as on the faculty at West Point. During that time, he deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Balkans. Upon joining the business, he transitioned to the Army Reserves, rising to the rank of Colonel while serving in the Pentagon, deploying to Afghanistan, and commanding at the Battalion and Brigade Levels. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star with Valor. He is a 1997 graduate of West Point and holds advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins and Columbia University, and the Army War College.
